We have reputable relationships with our network of lenders, and maybe some you may not even know about. We can also steer you away from certain lenders, with upfront fees and terms that will prevent you from getting out of your loan contracts. Instead of running your credit everywhere shopping for terms, and rates, let us do the work! Of course we advise everyone to do their own diligence on hiring a someone as we might not be a great fit for everyone, and that's okay!
While we have several lenders that we work with, we do have great relationships with them and they rely on us to bring them suitable clients. In some cases, you may not be able to call those lenders directly to receive a retail rates. Keep in mind that we may also be able to get special rates from our lenders due to the volume of business that we bring.
If you have a great relationship with your broker, they can help waive some of these fees that you normally would run into such as: origination fees, appraisal fees, application fees etc.
Brokers are either paid by the lender or you. If the fees are covered by the lender be aware that you might be looking into a more expensive loan. If you pay the fee, again, do your own diligence and figure it into the loan costs before you decide if it's a good deal or not. Ask your broker about settling fees before you sign with them.
